These will review the effects of the remedy on your SAD and its impact on your life. How to Proceed
Please start by completing the initial description form. This will give you a chance to tell me about your symptoms as they are now.
This will begin the process. Once you have received your remedy, there will be two further questionnaires, details will be sent to you by e-mail in due course.
