Gem Essences
This is an extensive range of over 100 essences made with well known and not so well known gems and crystals. I began making these in 2001 whilst living in Mytholmroyd in the Calder Valley. The picture shows some more familiar gems and crystals I have worked with to make essences.
Clockwise in the picture from the top:
- Clear Quartz: for clarity and understanding and works well as a purifier
- Iron Pyrites (fools gold): discernment of truth, helps you to see the bigger picture
- Black Tourmalline: protective, can help you release absorbed negativity.
- Amethyst: helping to connect you spiritually, clears the dross.
- Ruby: gives one courage to begin again after setbacks.
- Moonstone: for emotional healing, can encourage you to cry and let go.
- Haematite: grounding and mirroring allowing you to see your true self, also confidence.
- Rose Quartz: self love and appreciation, issues of the heart.
- Lapis Lazuli: issues of the throat, confidence in communication.
- Citrine: the cuddle stone, great to boost creativity and energy.
